- Support executive search projects while ensuring our timeline – from kick-off to placement
- Research markets, target companies, and candidate profiles
- Help craft search strategies, outreach messages, and project materials
- Coordinate interviews, updates, and ensure a smooth communication between candidates and customers
- Bring ideas to improve how we work – tools, workflows, templates, automation
